Registration and Subscription
To access the research services provided by StoxxaEdu, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
Upon successful payment of the subscription fee, your login credentials and service access details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Research Services and Access Validity
Subscribers will receive research-based stock market insights, trade setups, and buy/sell recommendations prepared by our research team.
Each recommendation shared by StoxxaEdu will generally include:
• Entry price or suggested range
• Stop-loss level
• Target price
• Supporting research rationale or research report
Access to our research services and community platforms will remain valid for 1 year from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified in the subscription plan.
Account and Community Access
Once payment confirmation is received, your account will be activated within 1–2 working days (excluding non-working days and settlement holidays).
Each subscription allows access to one registered account only.
If you wish to update your registered email address within one month of subscription, you may request it through customer support. After the update, the previous email will be removed from all community platforms and service access systems.
Use of Research Reports
All research reports, trade setups, market analysis, and recommendations provided by StoxxaEdu are intended solely for the subscriber’s personal use.
Any unauthorized sharing, redistribution, reproduction, or publication of these research materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Termination of Services
StoxxaEdu reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if any user is found engaging in:
• Unauthorized sharing of research reports
• Misuse of the platform
• Any unethical or fraudulent activities
Payment and Refund Policy
Access to research services will be activated only after StoxxaEdu receives confirmation of the subscription payment.
Any delays caused by banking channels or third-party payment gateways must be resolved before activation of services.
All payments made for research services are non-refundable, and cancellations after subscription activation are not permitted.
Platform and Service Modifications
StoxxaEdu reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its research services, platforms, or communication channels at any time without prior notice.
Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer
The research reports, trade recommendations, and market insights shared by StoxxaEdu are based on research and analysis conducted by our research team.
All buy/sell recommendations will generally include stop-loss levels and target prices, along with supporting research rationale.
However, stock market investments are subject to market risks, and there is no guarantee of profits or assurance of returns.
Subscribers are advised to carefully evaluate their financial situation and risk tolerance before acting on any recommendation.
StoxxaEdu shall not be held responsible for any financial losses resulting from investment decisions made by the subscriber.
